Spa Policies

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

We recommend that you call a day in advance. We are an appointment only spa. To reserve your service we ask for a credit card number to hold the appointment. This will be taken at the time the appointment is booked. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Please note that the time scheduled is your treatment time. 

LATE ARRIVALS

We ask for you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for traffic, parking, relaxing for a few moments/destress before appointment. Arriving 15 minutes or later INTO your scheduled service treatment/appointment time may result in either being asked to rescheduled as well you will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost of service. We cannot provide you your full time booked. Depending on which service you have booked you may utilize the remaining time yet be charged for the full cost of time. Some services require the full time, therefore you will be asked to rescheduled and charge 50% of the scheduled cost. (Example: You book a 60 minute Signature Massage $150, yet come 30 minutes late, you can choose to use the remaining 30 minutes yet be charged $150.00 for full session)

CANCELLATION

You will receive a confirmation 24 hours prior to your treatment/appointment. If for any reason you may have to change or cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours for your treatment you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service cost to your credit card. (Example: You book a lash tint $40 - you will be charge $20)

NO SHOWS

As stated, the time scheduled is your treatment time reserved for you specifically. It is unfair to your service provider and our loyal clients who are trying to book time with us. If you DO NOT SHOW for your appointment a charge of 100% of your scheduled service cost will be charged to your credit card. (Example: You book a 75 minute Microdermabrasion $125 - you will be charged $125)

PAYMENT

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, Zelle, our gift certificates, checks and cash.

RETURN POLICY

All UNOPENED products that are purchased must be returned with in 30 days with receipt to receive a full refund. After 30 days product is non-refundable.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase. Certificates may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates, gratuity or cash.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included in pricing. Also, no tips can be left from gift certificates.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

ESTHETIC ARTISTRY, LLC has the right to refuse an appointment or client should we feel that it is not in the best interest of the client or staff to perform any given treatment.
